PCS Real Estate Services provides Realtor advertising through a monthly subscription service. Payments for this service are completed through PayPal and may be cancelled at any time by the Realtor. PCS Real Estate Services never sees your credit card number, nor do we have any control over your payment to PCS Real Estate Services. We use PayPal so that the user has complete control of their subscription and can cancel their subscription through PayPal at any time.

12. Money Back Guarantee.
If for any reason, the user of this site is not satisfied with the service they received, PCS Real Estate Services will issue a refund. We will either refund the latest subscription payment made in the case of a subscriber or the FSBO ad cost, whichever is appropriate.

13. PCS Realty Disclaimer .
PCS Real Estate Services operates under the name PCS Realty. PCS Realty is a virtual real estate company and makes no representation that it brokers homes for sale and/or rent. We provide advertising space for Realtors, their listings, and FSBOs. PCS Realty makes no claims of listing homes for sale and/or rent.
